Hey Steel. I'm just curious as to what your max bench/squat are? Everytime I see you post any numbers they are impressive as hell. I still remember one of your post where you were talkin about doin 245 on preacher curls! You ever considered posting any pics or anything? You have to be seriously jacked to be moving the kind of weight that you are, and I've always been curious as to what you're physique looks like.

I know what you mean, steel...that shit kills me :evil:. We have a guy on our team at 6'0, 235 lbs, guessing about 8-9%BF.....and I watch that guy eat ice cream and have a coke for breakfast :rolleyes:

Most people playing college ball, that I know, do 1 long cyle (16-20 plus weeks) or 2 medium cycles (10-12 weeks) once a year.

But the other guys I know are just genetical freaks of nature.....wish I was that way. :chomp:

Im bored every day @ the times I should be at the gym cause i dont know what to do with myself

Thats my problem too man..... it is so hard for me to get out of the gym and rest. I love it so much I am willing to sacrifice some gains in order to hit the gym and feel the pump.
 
I competed for the last 2 years. I learned so much about my body in that time, and realized that I need some more mass before I go back on stage. I had the conditionng, symmetry, development, and muscle belly fullness of a successful competitor but just too small.

I used gear because first off I enjoy it, secondly because I can grow and achieve the look I so much desire without getting fat and sloppy then cutting down, and mainly because training/bb'ing is my passion, where I find sanity in life, like a religion. Gear makes it that much more enjoyable.

However, I also love it when a cycle is done and I can train my ass off and feel good that I am maintaining a great physique with no drugs..... also I like planning for my next cycle:)
 
I don’t compete, actually started gear at age 47,


but would love to compete,


How do you manage the time, it is a big commitment!

Looking to do my first contest early next year since I'm going to be bulking till Jan. I'm looking to add as much quality muscle between now and then without getting above 10% bf right now I'm sitting at 238lbs 9%, I'm 5' 11'' (funny thing is I used to be 6' 0'')
