O omnabol New member Nov 23, 2001 #14 I took 20mg of nolva (Astra - Zeneca) per day when I was on the cycle (750mg of enanthate and 400mg of deca per week). It was ok for me (my body weight is 225lbs) but arimidex is much more better. Huge difference on the same cycle.
