i had mine done a little over 2 years ago
im a 34 full D 450cc it cost me close to $10000
they look and feel great but im tired of them already, i wanna go to a 34B
my biggest problem is finding shirts and dresses that fit right
im pretty small at the waist so some shirts look funny, especially in the back
second is they get in the way when i run or work out <lol>
and attention...you get a lot of attention (from men or women) so if thats what you like go for it

im thinking of making them a full B or a small C but it sure is a lot of money
gotta rethink this

i have a suggestion, it may sound funny but i hope it helps
buy a bigger bra and stuff it with socks or something
walk around with it and see how you feel for a day

Thank you!! I did try some clothes out with some home made 375 cc's. It looks like it will take a little getting used to because I am fairly small right now, but it will work out just fine. I think I made the right choice as far as size goes. I was debating on going with the 400cc's and then the 350cc's but settled for right in the middle and am happy with that choice. My only concern now is being too sore. I am supposed to fly out 2 days post surgery and am nervous about doing that. My surgeon told me that I'd be fine to fly as long as I don't carry much weight with me. About how long should I expect to be sore?

i just have a question i have basically no chest at all its like flat completely you can even see my ribs basically anyway i am getting breast implants i am 5'6 and like 145lbs , i told the doctor i want ot get htem as big as i can and i dont care if they look fake , so he told me i can get 650 cc's and fill them to 700 . have any of you girls gotten them that big? how big are yours ??

That seems freaking huge to me. I would think it would make your upper back hurt like crazy. When are you scheduled for surgery?? I am to go in next Tuesday the 25th. I'll check in and let you know how it goes. Keep in mind that it could be tough to find clothes that fit well and look good if you go that big. Good luck whatever you do.

What size are you right now? To give you an idea I was a FULL C prior to kids. Pretty much deflated C after kids and I went with 475 and I am now a DD.

Just had surgery last Tuesday. It was really a breeze. Only took pain meds at night for the first 2 days and haven't had to take anything at any other time. I went with the 400cc's of silicone, under the muscle. Right now am in a brace for several of weeks. I don't remember being told how long it takes after surgery before they will take their actual shape. Does anyone know??

After losing body fat pretty quickly I lost my girls. I went for a consult in the spring and then back again a week later to talk more about under/over muscle. I was told that I had such little body fat in my chest area that the outline of the implant would be seen. She showed me pictures of what it would look like - she had patients who insisted over the muscle and had to have the surgery redone. Not good ladies. From what I understand it depends on how much fat tissue you have in that area (nothing to do with your body fat overall).

The over/under thing is what has kept me from scheduling the surgery to date. I can't remember how many cc's I was going but certainly nothing of the nature you ladies are speaking of. I like them to stay out of the way ;-) Although I recall putting in rather large testers and oh my. Could I have them just once? Otherwise I'd like my shirts and little dresses to still fit. I took clothes with me to the consult to try different things. I even brought the puppies home to wear for a bit!

I have over the muscle moderate plus 600cc gels no rippling etc now but I am not my leanest by far. I have not cut down for contest yet I am sure they will show a bit then but I am typically only that lean 2-3 months of the year so who cares. Under takes much longer to heal.
