How long should you cycle off?

Half way through my first cycle here. I did 2 weeks of Anavar @ 5mg per day in two doses. No sides so I increased it to 10mg per day in two doses, and am doing this for 10 additional weeks. My question is how long is a good layoff period before my next cycle?

General suggestion is time on = time off. Women can get away w/ a little less 'recovery time' because there's no post cycle therapy & test re-upping. But w/ anything - plan your cycle, cycle your plan. Think in the long term to give your body the time it needs to just "be normal" - it also depends on what your goals are (i.e. competition dates, not "I WANNA BE F'N BIG"). Be sensible w/ it just like you would w/ a particular training program or a particular diet or whatever.
