LOL... I saw how you sat on the fence about the child support that poor schmuck had to pay his ex-wife even after having found out and exposed her deliberate fraud - they weren't his children...

Exactly.... you didn't stick up for him.. you just said something about, I wonder why he would have had them tested after 3 years, if I loved them I'd take care of them. I am paraphrasing...
The first incident I heard of this - a 20/20 special about 4 years ago, the poor guy was in with his son for some illness his son had and he they were both tested to see if the father could donate blood or bone marrow or some shit.
Regardless... loving a child and being forced to be on the financial hook by court are two different things. They put that guy in jail for disobeying the court order... he may still be in jail...
I feel for him... that's not right. He even said he wanted to still raise the kids as he always had and pay for that, but he wouldn't be forced to do anything by a court for kids that were not his... he paid / is paying the cousenquences for standing up to injustice...

I had a consultation with a man in that very situation once. He didn't want to pay child support anymore but he had signed an acknowledgment of paternity three or so years prior. I saw his point. The problem is that even if a paternity ruling could be reversed, that would mean he wouldn't have any paternal rights to see them anymore. My bet is that I would have had to appeal it all the way to the Ky Supreme Court to even have a shot at getting him the relief he sought, which I told him. Once I told him that if we won, he would have no visitation rights anymore, he didn't want to do it anyway.
So, genius, that is why I said, "I wonder why he waited so long to question paternity. After three years, I think I would be bonded and not want to determine that I was not the parent." I didn't say he was a bad guy or that he should be stuck paying child support. NOTHING OF THE SORT, and I RESENT THE MISQUOTE.
So, please back up off of my back.
