Otay, I went to the doc and he said it's nothing to worry about and the swolen glands are probably from my allergies. He gave me a script for a mouthwash that will help with the pain and swelling and I got a shitload of allergy med samples. I had miso soup and ginger ice cream for lunch. I wanted soosh, damnit.
