high intensity for mass or 4 exercises 3 set 8-10reps

I change up traning frequently but one of my favorite chest routines is

Incline db press 5 sets 8,6,4,6,8
weighted dips 4 sets 8,6,6,8
flys/bench superset 3 sets 8 for all sets of flys and then about 4-6 on bench
Incline bench 3 sets 10-12 reps.
 
for mass i train in the 6-8 range as heavy as possible.....but remember "mass" is calorie dependent....thats the most important part.
