Proteine blast from Eclipse (eclipseCEC.com) only 2 gr. of carbs at ...maybe 9h30pm ....

Those can all be initial sides of Jinnos. I'm on the exact same dose and experienced some of those sides over the first 3 weeks. They can be eleviated by mixing the powder with 2mls of Bacs water instead of 1 which will slow down the absorbsion rate which will slow down the uptake. The lethargy will last for about 3 weeks and it sucks but I found that the change in mixture helped greatly and have never had problems since. I wouldn't take GH at night unless your over 60 as you want your own natty release to continue. I also found that taking the shot in the morning for me was a major cause of my tiredness so i changed to late afternoon, about an hour before my workout. That meant that by the time the GH was passing through my liver and the tiredness, normally associated with your natty release at night time, was due to kick in I was taking my PWO shake and spiking my insulin levels which was boosting my energy. It worked for me and this is only my story, not expert advise. I would also check if the stuff is legit as there is some fake Jinnos floating around out there. GenSci will confirm your batch numbers are legit if you mail them direct.

but if i take it 1hours before my trainning i take it 5 min after dinner...i think is not a good idea ?what you think about it?

lot of carbs after my trainning or only 60gr or less?

This is where individiality comes in, I couldn't eat that close to training or I'd throw up in the gym. You could try shooting just before you go training after your food has digested. After training definately spike with carbs, a maltodextrin/dextrose mix and whey isolate protein shake. Take some R-ALA and Chromium if possible just before your shake. Again I'm only passing on what has worked for me, I'm not an expert.

I never had any sides with 'Saizen GH' Solidspine but I certainly did with Jintropin. Although i don't know what brand/s you have used but I'm thinking they could maybe be brand dependant.
