Those can all be initial sides of Jinnos. I'm on the exact same dose and experienced some of those sides over the first 3 weeks. They can be eleviated by mixing the powder with 2mls of Bacs water instead of 1 which will slow down the absorbsion rate which will slow down the uptake. The lethargy will last for about 3 weeks and it sucks but I found that the change in mixture helped greatly and have never had problems since. I wouldn't take GH at night unless your over 60 as you want your own natty release to continue. I also found that taking the shot in the morning for me was a major cause of my tiredness so i changed to late afternoon, about an hour before my workout. That meant that by the time the GH was passing through my liver and the tiredness, normally associated with your natty release at night time, was due to kick in I was taking my PWO shake and spiking my insulin levels which was boosting my energy. It worked for me and this is only my story, not expert advise. I would also check if the stuff is legit as there is some fake Jinnos floating around out there. GenSci will confirm your batch numbers are legit if you mail them direct.
