Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below 53 cc final solution gives you 75 mg/ml. 50cc final solution gives 80 mg/ml. So it depends on how much of the dissolving solution and oil you start with, then how much of the dissolving solution stays behind in the gunk in vial 1 and how much oil stays in the Whatman filter on the final step to tell you how much final solution you will have.
