No pain in the ankle. The calve injury was prior to starting. If I go to the doc I have to tell him about the gear otherwise he would be like the wtf?

If it is the gear that was causing this why would I go in there and not tell him all the facts. It would be a waste of time.


OK... If the ankle/calve injury happened as you stated "Before" you started the gear, why would they be related? As someone else has kindly pointed out to you, most gear related injuries are going to be localized to the injection area! Also, you stated that you have only be "on" for 1.5 wks. So that's what, 2-3 shots... Seems very unlikely to me that it's the gear.

Secondly, as you are in Oregon and the American medical system being what it is you probably don't want it on your permanent medical record that you have used steroids, as your insurance company might use that against you in the future and refuse to cover you!

In Canada we have no such worries, but in America this can be a real issue!

Well I am 15 pounds heavier than a week ago so I figure I have about 15 lbs of extra fluid on me. I read somewhere on here that if you are retaining water then you need to drink more. The more you drink the less you will retain. Maybe someone else will comment on this.

Being a logical guy I thought no big deal its the juice but only one leg is swollen.
Ok so that right there tells me not juice related, unless you only pin in that one leg. Even then would be questionable.

Then I sat there last night thinking I don't know who made this, I am an idiot it could be anything, I may have fucked myself over.

I had no remembrance of any injury to the ankle until about 20 minutes ago BINGO!!

I remembered I had a slight tweak doing step ups. So possibly its that. The calve cramped up on me 3 weeks on the first day of a 2 week clen. Being the dumbass I am I just kept working it until it has a knot right now.

I have a feeling this gear is way top notch because of multi factors and hence got a bit concerned with the swollen ankle. I mean this stuff has me acting different like super male and seeing the leg I freaked.LOL I started the AI I received from a nice guy today. I am so thirsty all I do is drink water and yet I am thirsty as hell and don't piss.

I pinned in this quad last monday 15th and then the other leg this Monday.
Again this suggest not related to the juice.

I am thinking the last time I did test it was weak I got it form mexico and it was cyp. I never swelled like this so fast. I had decent gains but mostly no soreness.

So Zed I am now thinking I rolled my ankle and just didn't remember

A rolled ankel would typically include or actually be a mild spain. In ankles particularly this takes a longer time to heal then you would guess. Any injury to feet and anlkes including tats take much longer to heal the elswhere on the bod.
and due to what test does to me(no soreness instant healing) it just doesn't hurt. I did rep out 315 for 5 on bent of bar rows that was pretty much what I was thinking.

So you have probably induced additional injury here.

Suggestions;
Lay off ankle stressors for awhile.
PM Radar or N2 and ask them about the water retention and what to do about it.
Relax and enjoy youreslf and your cycle.
Get after the old lady:):qt::evil:.
Work the shit out of your upper bod!
See how you do with deadlifts and squats, pay attantion to your ankle.
