Help-routine for mass and cutting

I need a routine for mass and cutting,for the most part,how many exercises per body part and how many reps and sets to do for mass and cutting,Or do I stick with the same for both.Right now I am doing one body part per day and hitting about 18 to 21 sets and I am doing 6 to 8 reps,help me out,thanks.

First-mass and "cutting" are two different things-it's very hard to do both at the same time. Try to focus on one goal at a time.
Second- the routine you posted is a sure way to fail for 98% of trainees- train heavy, hard and basic to build mass and power, then go for the definition.
