Help needed, pretty please!

Ok, so today I got a nice virus/trojan on my laptop it calls itself "vista antivirus 2010". I've tried everything I can think of to rid my laptop of this, deleting suspect files, running nortons(useless), and ending processes I dont need. nothing seems to work, any ideas out there would be great.

When pudds Rick Roll'd me with spyware (lol) I used The home of Spybot-S&D!. It cleaned all the trojans out for free. avast! - Download Free Antivirus Software or Internet Security might work too. It's free as well.
