Hi ladies...
I am hoping someone will be able to advice me as to what my dear old mom
can use to help loose weight. I live in the UK and she is in South Africa, she has started doing gym, cardio based, but is desperate to loose weight. She is by no means masively over weight, but, she did add a few pounds after the death of my father 2 years ago. I was thinking hydroxycut or something, obviously anything that cant be bought over the counter isnt a option for her.
Ephadrine was a thought as well?
Her diet is pretty good now, eating salads etc but she does need to drink more water.
Yr advice would be greatly appreciated

past 55 if i have to take educated guess
in her day and was in shape until my dad passed away. She is real down on the amount of weight that she has put on, i told her i would ask if there was something that could help, either phsycological or for real. I did tell her its pointless taking anything till she has commited to hitting the gym with out fail. I have been trying to get her out the house for a year now, hard work with me being a million miles away, so i am over the moon she is doing this now and want to do what i can to keep her motivated.
