I just saw a new chiropractor today and he told me that I sprained my back and that I could possibly have a herniated disc, but it's not clear if my problem is with a disc or my tailbone. Obviously, there will be no workouts this week. Has anyione ever sprained their back before or had a problem with a disc? I'm praying I can get back into the gym in a weeks time, 2 weeks the very latest.
