Hey BB; It sounds to me like you need to massage your pin sites after the injection. It will work the gear into the sourrounding tissue at the injection site. Soreness is a normal side of inj. My wife gives test shots at the clinic where she works all the time and the pt's are just getting over the soreness when they have to come in for their next shot.
Another thing I heard recently that might help is take a hot shower before you hit yourself with the gear, it will relax the muscles prior to the pin hit.
