Went and trained legs by myself today and was there for an hour, I am happy with this workout considering I didn't eat at all before training. I defiantly got a pretty wicked back pump during the workout I see what people are talking about now. Lol
Box squats 135x10 225x10 285x10 285x5 225x8 135x10
Lunges 45dbs 4 sets 10 reps
Stiff leg deads 135x10 135x10 135x10
Standing leg curl 70x10 80x10 85x10 85x8
Hack squats below safety/superset calfs 135x10 225x10 225x10 225x10
Leg press 585x10 585x10 675x10 675x10
Calf raises 55x15 55x15 55x15
Lying leg curls 80x10 90x10 100x10 100x10
Leg extensions 80x10 90x10 100x10 100x10
I felt like I could of kept working out strength is starting to come no prs yet I wanna see where my deadlifts at this week tho so maybe there might be one.
Elbow hasn't been hurting today but I didn't do any upper body.
N2slin is defiantly a game changer I feel slimmer but gaining weight constantly I am 187 in the morning and around 190 at night I am happy to see the scale going up and people are starting to notice. I just told them I changed up my diet.
Sickness is about 90 percent gone just have a slight cough so hard to do cardio.
