Ill try that out thanks for the tip, I did chest and tris today and made it to 4 sets on tricep pull downs and I couldn't finish due to my elbow I hit it really hard when I hit my funny bone lol I think that's what it is from I don't see why I would get tennis elbow when I haven't increased my lifts yet.
Db incline 45x10 65x10 85x8 85x8
Bench press 135x5 185x8 225x8 275x8
Decline press 135x10 135x10 135x10 (elbow really bothered me after my first set of decline that's why I didn't increase weight)
Incline cable chest fly 25x10 25x10 25x10 25x10
Tricep pull down 40x10 40x5 40x50 40x5.... I could not continue it was absolutely on fire and I never stop a workout.... I am pretty heated right now but I have to take it slow..
Still at 100mg of hella and 3 caps of n2slin, I'm really noticing I am leaning out more I have a 4 pack looking down but a 2 looking in the mirror lol I'm almost there, I'm still in the higher bf range tho I'm not to vascular yet usually get real vascular around 10%
