Have had numb hands everyday and carpal tunel feeling in my forearms for over a month

I thought this stuff would go away after about 2 weeks but I have had it for about a month and a half now since I started GH at 3.33ius a day and some times 5ius a day.Does any1 know a way to make this less agravating with out stoping my gh use because its one of the worst sides I have ever dealt with.

I get a feeling like that but when I do staright bar curls. A few months ago it would happen with most all movements. Then it just kinda went away though it lasted a month or two. I was told to work through it though I wanted to skip the gym because of it. It was in my left arm and I would have to squeeze my forearm had with my right hand to release the bar. I was told they make a strap for tendonitis that goes right around your forearm. I tried some but never felt one I liked. But then it went away. It hurt last week but only during straight bar curls. I have heard that strap works great if you can find a good one. Im not sure if we had the same problem but I would top gh if it is. When I worked through it it went away. I thought it was the strength increase from tren/test...But who knows....
Hope that helps.........

You both have the same problem. I have had this in the past as well. There is a tedon that runs the length of your forearm. That tendon runs through a tube, sort of like a sheath. When on GH or even just test, the ability to lift heavier causes the tendon to grow or swell "inside" that tube. That is the source of your pain. It will go away, but is extremely annoying. I always suffered the most after doing Preacher curls or staight bars. When I was done doing a set, I would put the bar down and it would literally take me 30 seconds to be able to let go of the bar. It sucks is all I can tell you.

The advice I have seen before on this is probably to drop the dose to 2iu ed and work your way up slowly from there.

If you reduce the dose to that you may as well not even take it. I get the same problem as you, but I also do 8-10 I.U.s a day. Most people say to do at least 6I.U.s a day for good results over a 6 month period. 8 I.U.s/day seems to work best for me, and it would be hard to afford anything more. I spoke to Jay Cutler recently at a show, and was really suprised to hear that most of the pros, including himself are doing around 18 I.U.s each day. That just totally blew my mind, but I guess if somebody else is footing the bill for your cycle, why not. That seems like one kick ass benefit of being pro to me.

Work through it, its annoying but it should dissapate. It did for me, I wasnt on Gh but if its the same cause mine stopped about halfway through cycle....I also took about 30 secs to let go of the bar and sometimes still do...Pain in the ass!!!
