Let's see, I have a winter home in South Florida (it will be ready in 6 weeks) , I've been partners in a nightclub, and have friends who own multiple established clubs in South Beach, and I've been building custom bikes for myself (with help) for the past 11 years, I don't see a chance of this happening, but I do wish you the best!
