I once was trying to get a an air bubble out of my syringe and the leur lock needle was not twisted on tightly. I pushed a to hard and I shot test all over the place. I'm like gix and always have xtra on hand so it was not a big deal

i always make sure to have extra gear just in case something like this happens

ditto. don't straighten a needle out. You do not what a needle to break off in your quad, or anywhere for that matter!! Ouch!

Btw why not glutes? quad is easier, but glutes are pain free. switch them up!

I found quads to be pain free every time, plus easier to see what you doin. i know i should of def had some extra sus on hand but you live you learn, my legs sweet today cant even see the mark so im stoked! next cycle ill be more careful of this situation. i just got a rush of blod to the head, and pinned when i know i should of changed the pin and syringe , ill keep my head from now on haha. dude 15/16 shots perfect is not what i wanted.
