Had gyno surgery once, can it happen again?

In 2008 I got horrible gyno after years of using gear without it. I had surgery to get rid of it, and I've been lifting naturally since. Well it's time to get back on the horse, so I'm planning a test eq var cycle. My question is, since the surgeon removed the gland under each nipple that caused the gyno, is it even possible to get it again?

Instead if worrying about the gyno. Lets think of the underlying cause of the gyno.

If he removed the entire gland you shouldnt get it again.

60-90% of the gland is usually removed.
The remaining portions are totally susceptible to recurring gyno.

I've read that even if the gland is removed, you can actually grow more if you don't take measures.

Thanks a lot bros. I've done a lot of research on this. And my consensus is that since he took out the gland that causes it, it's extremely unlikely that I will get it again. Especially with AI's
