First ever debit card fraud I suffered occurred just 3 weeks ago, which just happened to be two weeks after I'd signed with a third party bill pay vendor. Big mistake. I did not give those douchebags my new debit card number. Clearly they have security issues.

Get a new account number, new card, new pin....and don't go to any businesses you've made purchases at in the past two weeks anymore.
