take Amplify02 with a small bowl or cereal or some type of Carb that is solid

I had cut back my dose by 3-4 caps do to the amplified effects.

we did not specify to take with food because it makes it about 25% stronger ( at least thats how it feels)

thats what we wanna hear. always coming up with good new info omega
