I WILL be doing a "cutting" natural cycle...(carb cycling, lower calories, more HIIT cardio, and PF / PP supps).
OH and NELSON...did you look at the wife's contest pics? She used ZIPP to help her through her fat loss...she got 4th....and thinks she's almost got the diet thing wired....
