The weird Viking Fetish part is awesome, lol, seriously, I can chug a quart post workout, but I couldn't imagine a gallon.
 
I'll have to find it, but I saw a video of some dude who chugged a gallon without stopping like it was no big deal. I could put down a quart in about 5 minutes as well. I put down a half gallon in about 20 and felt a little funny so the gallon in an hour would be a challenge.

I saw some video of some stupid kid "training" to be the record of the guy above and he trained with water, then water and flour. Milk is very difficult because it's the lactose that has to be broken down.

PS: Sorry, T, for jacking your thread; just had to post the video for all of us milk lovers out there.
 
That's alright, I jacked this thread myself long ago, lol, I might actually try that post-workout, instead of any food, I may consider just a gallon of milk....I handle lactose pretty well, but we'll see I guess.
