Gluatmine Peptides... Taste Like SHIT

I just took 5g of creatine along with 5g of glutamine peptides in water and forced it down...

I literally almost gagged and puked it up all over the place. I thought flax seed oil in water was bad!! Holy fucking hell glutamine peptides tastes like dirt!!

bro why didnt' you take them w/ some whey? That's when i take it, and that's why i use the peptides. So i can use them w/ whey. I don't even think they dissolve enough w/ water, it'll be all clumped.

Hey Mon, do the peptides come in powder form like the regular L-g does? I've only tried the regular stuff and it's pretty nasty on it's own. At least the creatine is tasteless. But I thought the whole point of the peptides was that you could take it with your protein shakes. Did you?

Just thinking of this taste makes me wanna puke. The glutamine peptides are NOTHING even similar to regular l-glutamine powder. Regular glutamine in my opinion is tasteless and fine to take with water. Just swallow it down no after taste or anything. Glutamine peptides, however, are VERY dense and clumpy. I just figured I could force it down with some water. Obviously I was REALLY wrong. I almost barfed it up all over the fucking place.

I am goin to put it in whey protein next time and see if I can stomach it that way..

bro i put 5-10g of it in my whey shakes, you can't even taste it.

Bump that! I am using the Sports one glutamine peptides from dpsnutrition and if I add it to my protein shakes I can't even taste it. I wouldn't even consider taking it with water, it smells like dogfood!

and have you tried their regular L-Glutamine .?

I mix mine in Crystal Light before bed. Works Pretty well.
