hmm, a noble gesture, and perhaps even more mature... but if she isn't also going to be more mature, then it is wasted effort.

if she slept with him after 2 months, in terms of skankin' - that is longer than a sleazy person waits.
so I'd say if she didn't sleep with you, and did sleep with him... she might have just not wanted to hurt your feelings.

in the long run, you aren't really saving her or anything - even though it seems like that now in your eyes. it is high school and part of the growing/learning experience is finding out about relationships... hell, most people at 40 still really have no clue.

Advice coming from a girl?? Here you go: sounds like you are being a very good friend and I know that you just want to help her understand that this guy is not good for her...but honestly...the only thing that you can do is just that..be her friend. Let her know how you feel and that you are just concerned for her. She will appreciate that more than if you go out and fuck her friends...I know I would. If you are as good a friend as you say you are...just be there for her. It will be hard and it will take patience...seeing her make mistakes...but you have to let everyone live their own lives and make their own mistakes....and hopefully you will be there for her to lean on when she needs someone...and that may turn out to be a good thing.
