LAMARQUE -- Fabian Orellana is behind bars after repeatedly abusing a teen.

LaMarque police said Orellana beat up a 13-year-old relative, forced her to drink her brother's urine and drink a glass of milk with a roach.

The 34-year-old must serve at least two years in jail before immigration officials deport him back to El Salvador.

Police learned about the abuse after the victim's teacher intercepted a note in class. In the note, the girl begged for help and described the beating.

She and her two siblings are in CPS custody.

Just because they are from El Savador doesn't mean a thing. It may be culturally acceptable to force someone to drink urine down there. They live in mud huts...
