WTH??? Ok, so up until about a year ago I did very little leg work, (Very bad knees) but since I want to get bigger, legs are a must. I now do legs once a week. Squats, deads, leg press & leg curls.
I was always an extremely skinny puck but apparently my workouts have been helping. The other day my gf saw me in dress pants and told me my ass is gettin big
I really don't wanna stop doin legs but damn, I can't have the big man ass goin on.
Well dayamn...I guess I got a big ol' butt oh yea...
