Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below So package said it was left on my porch at 11:08 am, scanned as delivered .so I go out there and no package, no nothing. Then try to get a fuckin human being on the usps phone. Guys(suppliers) I know it's more expensive but I would happily pay extra for the peace of mind of my shit being delivered UPS. This shit happens too much with the usps.

There are videos online of stuff being delivered then stolen by neighbors. Don't automatically blame the delivery guy
could have been delivered to the wrong place.. i've had this happen to me and i got in my car and chased down the post man and showed him what happened.
so he goes and checks all the mailboxes and can't find it. he tries the other street and then 5 min later comes back apologizing.. turns out he scanned it delivered but left it in the vehicle and it fell between the seats. shit like that happens because 1. they are in such a fucking rush and 2. they generally hate their fucking jobs cause they are so squeezed.. delivering mail isn't like what you see in the old shows where the guy is walking around the neighborhood happy, they have to deliver to hundreds of boxes in X amount of time.
my advice to you if the package is super important is get signature required this way your package can't get delivered to the wrong place
right now the only thing you can do is stalk the postman and have a friendly chat with him about what happened. don't be a dick. also calling them won't get you anywhere and neither will going there. need to talk to your postman directly and in the future always get to know them so they go the extra mile for you in these situations. otherwise they won't give a fuck about your missing package.

yeah bro, thats usps... theres a number of things that could have happened... theres no way to really know... i have video cameras all around my house personally and thats the only real way to know
It happens all the time man. I have had this here in Canada as well. My house is at the end of the guys route so often he will mark it "delivered" in the system and bring it the next day because he was running late. It looks bad on them if they come back with something that is still "undelivered" so he just marks it like he made the delivery.
Happens to me a lot to.
Tracking says delivered. No package. 2-3 days later it shows up
