First time want to try steroid..

how long have you been training? mind if i ask some of you numbers for squat/deadlift, bench, and military?
 
Hi I'm 39yrs, 176cm, 80kg bf~12. I want to get more lean muscle n work on definishion n achieve ripped midsection. Not convinced to get mass, thinking that at my age maintaining huge muscle would be a challenge. At my Gym, friends taking Sustanon > Masteron > Tren cycles. I learnt frm this forum along with mass gains with Sustanon, body fat would raise. Can I try masteron alone? Need any testE with masteron? How long n how much to take? Wht PCT to follow? Honestly I gain this least knwledge after having gone thru few threads in this forum. My appreciation to all those who contributed! Hoping you guys would help me as well.

I'm going to go out on a limb here & suggest that you do not use steroids. At your age these new GH releasing peptides work very well. Look into them. Best of success.
 
I hv been training since 17 yrs old in a fitness gym. The last couple of years training in a professional gym. So far tried...squat 140kg 8rep (juz parallel only), DeadLift 90kg 10 rep (w/o wrist strap), bench 70kg 8rep, military 50kg 8 reps.
 
I will add that lagging bodyparts require more attention,so give them 200% Every week and eventually they will catch up to the rest of your body, if you need more info one haw to achieve this just shoot me a pm.
