First time injecting Sustanon...Is this normal?

I have found the best thing for alleviting injection site lumps is to inject deep (for me that means atleast a 1" pin in the shoulders...)

Some great advice...I always use the pins you suggested, regardles of site.

For sust I always use a 23g 1.5" pin and inject in the glutes - alternating sides each time. After loading the syringe you can heat the oil by putting the syringe near a light bulb. That makes it easier to inject, and slightly less painful. Hold your hand steady while doing the injection. Any movement can increase inflammation. Following the injection, massage the site for about 1 minute.

As for your knot, take a hot bath and soak it and massage the site. It will be there for anywhere from a few days to a week. The more you massage it and soak it, the quicker it will go away.

You will still feel pain from glute injections, but it's minimal compared to delts and quads.

Thanks for all the info. friend...I will put it all into practice..:)

try warming the vial under running water before you draw it up, and apply a little heat to the site after the injection. Should help with the pain.

mmm....next time you should have somebody who know how to inject correctly dude!

Why are you saying it was not done correctly this time? The pain I am experiencing is not a result of the method of injection...it sounds like this is the norm with Sustanon.

Why would you say different?

try taking your shot after getting out of the shower the skin is more moist & flexible and it seems the pain is much more minimal then at that time.

RADAR

i agree with radar, i always do my shots right after the shower, your muscles are also more relaxed after a shower, plus youre nice and clean
