First DC work out...

Well 20 reppers are supposed to be hard but you are supposed to rest up after your heavy set, and then do them. Also again they're supposed to be hard but not rest paused like breathing squats.

Well, yeah. DC stands for doggcrapp.

The whole point of DC training is 1 set per bodypart (in a few cases 2 sets). If you can do 3 sets of leg extensions (which is a crappy exercise anyway) then you aren't doing the program right.

if u read waht i posted, i didnt even do leg ext.. my legs are sore as fuck and i did one set of squats. matt is a retard. anyway, i might keep doin squats like this for a while. or at least once a month.. good stuff

no, you just like doing your own thing and calling it another
 
i dont care either what you do, as long as it works. Im just saying that technically what you are doing isnt really dc. Thats all its no big deal.
