From all the research that I have done, it is the same thing. I did purchase mine from AG, but someone has raised the point that I am taking twice as much as most people with no sides. So that raises the question how 'true' the LiquiClen is. I don't know. Draw your own conclusions.
I have now spent several days taking 225mcg and haven't really had any sides. However, I am going to stop here and not continue to increase. I will just finish out my cycle and evaluate the results then. Unfortunately, I am starting to come down with a cold and am afraid that it will affect my workouts. But, who knows. I will just have to do my best. I guess a half-assed workout is better than no workout at all.
Does anyone have any insight on how over-the-counter cold medications will affect the Clen? Last thing I want is to wake up one day without a liver! LOL!
