running 12 weeks would be fine..id stop the deca at 10..for the gyno take 1mg adex ed for a couple days see what happens

I just hope it doesnt limit my gains more.191 today. so hopfully i keep goin up eating alittle more like this. even though i think im getting alittle fatter, i still look better than last time i bulked and got to 200. not as fat and see more definition. maybe ill take a pic if no one is in the locker room. no abs but whatever.

nice bro keep gaining weight! Seems like its harder to get to 200 and you really have to eat like a 200lb person or you wont get there. seems like you are doing good at that.

My abs have gotten a little worse, not much, maybe its the creatine bloat or my shitty diet lately but i am up to 196 so im not worried. My bench was stuck at 275x5, i did 225x15 then 275x4 a week ago then yesterday did 225x15 and 275x6 so im getting stronger in week 11. keep it up bro my bench started at 225x4, and that is the lift that went up the lightest
 
thats insane man. youve gotten a ton more outa your bench. thats about the same as me. I could do 225x6 times max. The other day i did 10 and had to stop myself so i could go heavier the next set haha. It just happend outa nowhere. Its the craziest feeling when you just lifted somthing a week ago and it felt really heavy. Than you lift it the next week and its like.. "this what heavy before"? Best feeling ever. i wanna bench 315 for a set some day. And squat about 405. I think i could do the squat already but im waiting for a good day cause my back and knees are always hurting to bad to max out.
oh yeah, and i keep getting bloody noses that take forever to stop bleeding. im drinking lots of water, ill get my bp checked tomorrow, any supps that can help this?

so i checked my BP and it was right on. Everything where it should be. Im drinking tons of water. I have no idea why im getting these bloody noses, its pissin me off. I had 5 bloody noses yesterday. Today ive only had 1 so far (at the gym).
On a good note i was lifting like a madman today. I did shoulders. I havnt done dumbell presses for shoulders in along time. I think my max on them was the 80 lbs dumb bells. Today i did the 100's with good form and got 6 reps. I couldnt believe it. Im going for the 110's next time. People in the gym were looking at me suspicious. haha

Im eating like a pig and pretty clean, although im having one cheat day (sunday) where i can eat more than just perfect food. and i added 1 qdoba burito to my diet everyday lately. Im pretty sure im moving back up again with the extra cals. Ill weight myself tomorrow.
I love this full body pump that i like always have. I wish i never had to come off. I can deal with any side. haha
 
Bro i get bloody nosesbefore i even started my cycle and i got thwm all the time to the stupidest things, just like the weather changing drastically or sneezing too hard LOL. So when i got some on cycle i was kinda freaked out thinkin my BP was too high but i was always fine. Good that your BP is fine, might wanna check it in a couple weeks too

Im in week 12, last week for me and i start PCT in 2 weeks. I have worked out chest one day and thats it in the last 5 days (i met a girl so no time for gym haha) but i wanted to stay out of the gym because i felt overtrained. I wouldnt just be pumped after a couple sets, id be fuckin tired as hell. i have been goin balls out training wise but i weighed mself today and i was 196.6 with bball shorts and a white tshirt. I am also on crreatine have been on for 10 days butthe rest def gave me the recovery i needed. I feel good again and its my last week im gonna go hard. Keep going hard my man, you will love the results. I am so happy with my cycle i feel like ive been on forever haha dont want to come off at all.

Youll propably feel crazy going in after your break man. i want to take a day off somtimes cause i feel tired. But once i get in the gym and warm up i dont want to leave again. haha
Today was legs and i got 365x8 on squats, next time i do squats and my knees and back feel ok (like they did today) im moving up to 405, i actually wish i would have today. im just alittle sketchy with squats since alot of people get hurt doing them, i take my time goin up in weight with them. weighed in at 193.6 butt naked so im moving up slowly. as long as it keeps going, im happy as hell.
Other than that still lifting like a freak, eating like a fat ass, fuckin like a porn star, growin titties like a 12 year old girl, and bleeding everywhere cause my god damn nose haha. And LOVIN IT

haha gotta love the way steroids make you feel and make your life 10x more crazy, everything is better because your on steroids haha i fucked like a champ, lifted like a champ, i would feel no pain like my girl would hit me and id say yea just like that baby hit me harder haha i love it, now watch my pct with clomid ill be wantin to cuddle and watch the notebook fuck i wish i was you and just starting! I gained 24 lbs but i didnt eat that much, and i tried losing weight halfway into it. You will def get to 208,210
 
haha, yeah even though i want to look good right now. Im triing to put it off and just eat and eat. My next cycle is what im gonna use to get lookin lean again. It would be crazy if i got to even 205. I was barely under 195 yesterday. I think at the most i can get maybe 10 more. but i dont know. I just keep checkin the scale triing to gain muscle without fat. but i keep coming to small platues where i need to up the cals alittle again. And now each time i up them im noticing im gettin alittle fatter. but whatever. I think my cycle in like 5 months will be test P, tren, and maybe anavar. Ill ill cut on that and try not to loose to much weight. Than im gonna try and just do like 1 cycle a year or somthing like that. this shit is to damn expensive haha

So ive been stuck at 190 for the last 3 days god damnit.... I dont know if HCG takes apitite away or what.. but ever since i started takin it ive definately noticed im like gonna gag while shoving my face. I decided im gonna add one more big thing to my diet everyday. today i ate a qdoba chicken burrito, but there like 1000 cals. so thatll get me up to like 4200 ish. its not perfect calories, but what the hell, im not staying at 190. Fuck abs

ive got some tren ace that i really would love to add in right now 50mg ED (350 a week) is that too much stuff for a first cycle? would it make my gyno worse? seriously if it doesnt make my gyno worse i can handle any other side.

Yes it will def make you more prone to gyno IMO , it does me .
