First Cycle Log Sus, Deca

This is my first cycle so i decided i would log down progress.
Im 5.9
177 at the moment
24 years old
Im not sure but id say my BF is around 11-12 right now (unfortunetaly)

My cycle is
Sus 500mg (250mg mon, thurs) week 1-10
Deca 400mg (200mg mon, thurs) week 1-8
HCG 500iu e3d week 4-11
Adex .25mg eod week 1-11

PCT:
Nolva 40mg ed week 11-12
Nolva 20mg ed week 12-14
sustain alpha ed week 11-14

I will be eating tons of clean calories. mostly protien and complex carbs and ill try to post what i ate everyday, what muscle groups worked, and how i felt...etc.
 
Just did my first shot 1ml deca, 1ml sus.
Ive always been a pussy with needles and have never even thought of giving myself a shot. All went well. I did it in my glute. Besides my anxiety and shakey hands all went well and smooth. Ill feel better for the thursday one now.
For breakfast i ate 3 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of outmeal, bannana.

I ate a protien bar (im not gonna abe eating much of this crap shortly) for a snack. and than had a halibut fillet, with half of a sweet potato, and a huge salad with baby tomoatoes.
About to eat half a chicken breast in a corn tortilla for another snack.
 
Get ready to get super strong and pack on the size! Keep the calories high and clean cause if you don't you will blow up with sloppy weight and be holding water. Good luck dude!

nolva is good to go as long as you give the right clearence time..
you eat right you should break 200 no problem...may not be 200 after cycle is over but during is possible..first cycles are always the best

test takes 3-5 weeks to kick in... deca takes 4-6 weeks.. you will start noticing sex drive increase before anything..prob around week 2-3..i eat carbs in every meal mormning till night when bulking...just adjust the diet as you go if you start getting chubby

Today:
ate 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites with one cup of oatmeal and a bannana
went and destroyed my legs
drank a gainer immediately after
had some chicken in corn tortillas, with some brown rice and a big salad
had some chicken in corn tortillas again with a yam and a grapefruit
Protien bar
whole chicken breast, with half a yam and another salad.

All about 2-3 hours apart. Once i feel this stuff in me ill feel alot more motive to eat lots more... right now its kinda hard for me to shove my face.

I feel ok today, i dont think it could be from the first injection, but i was really tired today and had a very very minor headache, but it lasted all day long. no biggie just thought i would mention it.

Why not keep trying to pack on some solid pounds then cut up after the cycle is over? You will be losing some weight anyways when the cycle is over so I don't get why you aqre trying to cut now. It kind of defeats the purpose of a Dbol/Test cycle. It's not like you're 240lbs and lookin chubby, lol. You are pretty lean so keep packin on the pounds man! Just my opinion.

Yea that makes sense, I guess i wantt o get ripped and you are not suppose to do it after the cycle in PCT because you will def lose gains. I might keep the ECA, tren-tfo in there but eat like a madman and keep the 6 pack, youre right lol.

I almost wished i would have had some type of oral that would kick in real quick so i could start making progress sooner. But its all good. Im triing to do this all as safe as possible.

Better safe that sorry, good for you bro. Sus and deca is a great first cycle. You should maybe PM Needtogetaas and ask if there are any safe orals you could take. I took dbol at first, now on tren-tfo but I have been taking a multi, fish oil, flax oil, milk thistle, ALA, NAC, garlic and laetrile throughout the cycle.

For the deadlifts I used to get pain so bad in the lower back I would have to stop my workouts, but I started drinking a gallon of water every day and the next workout it was virtually pain free. I could walk again! lol

Try that and see if it helps. Thx for the feedback, gl on your cycle as well, ill be checking it often! You should also post some pics before/after
 
I think by the time i could get my hands on any orals it would be alittle late. Ill propably be feelin the test and deca by than. Its all good. Ill just be patient.
Thats nice to know about the water though. My lower back has always been kinda messed up, but ive also never drank enough water. But ever since my first shot ive been forcing it down my throat. Ive actually been thirsty for it too. So hopfully it helps mine alittle bit too.

jk glad you are doing it right. as far as getting any orals if you go to needtobuildmuscle.com they have great, cheap orals that WORK. And I get mine every time in 2 days! Idk if you are in the US or not but damn it would be great to do an oral, but if you cant get it in time then dont bother. You will see and feel the sust/deca soon enough

Today i worked back and tris.
Ate pretty much the same thing as above, but with a cup of cottage cheese and peaches.

Oh yeah and i took my second shot in my other ass cheek. It was hard to push the plunger in cause i couldnt really reach it with my other hand. Anyway it went well except for a drop or two drizled out when i pulled the needle out... that kinda pissed me off. i want it in me damnit.
Also took the .5ml caber i was kinda sick afterwards but maybe it was just somthing i ate.... had the shits and it smelt like somthing died inside me.

Still not feeling anything obvious. Besides i did feel super hard today everywhere, and also thought i maybe felt alittle stronger in the gym, maybe just a good day though. had a small headache on and off throughout the day.
 
never took beastdrol, im currently finishing my test/dbol cycle with some of needto's katanadrol. I am pretty fucking lean and hard right now im lovin it only day 8 too out of 45 days

what are ur cals at? That looks less than 3000 but idk how big your portions are

if im ever low on cals i always make sure to eat atleast 250g of protein. if anything that is gonna keep muscle while i cut, but im still gaining. drink lots of water

shit i got legs today too, its a love-hate thing for me. yea my cycle is doing great its comin closer to ending but man i have been stoked since i started, you should see great shit pretty soon. be sure to check my log for pics, ill be checking yours
 
Today im not working out. Sunday is my day off. But i did wake up and run for about 20-25mins this morning. I dont know if its because im eating so clean (i Usually eat pretty good and clean but not 100% like i am right now) or or maybe the beginning of the cycle but my BF% has dropped alittle. I am starting to see my abs barely. Just the top two rows alittle. I havnt seen them in awhile, and is motivating me to keep eating healthy. If i can gain some good hard muscle and keep most of it, and not have to worry about getting all the fat ive gained off afterwards id be pretty happy.
Hoping i start to feel the gear midway through the week or so. Im getting impatient.
 
Did my third shot this morning, i asperated and it looked good so i shot.
When i pulled about halfway out the needle started filling with blood and than i pulled it the rest the way out, and blood started flying everywhere. Im guessin i went through a vein. At least none of the gear was wasted i dont think.

But my right nip does have a small lump under it (nips never were sore or itchy though). I think i was so worried about gyno that i was feeling my nipple for lumps so hard that i maybe irritated alittle fat cell or somthing.... I dont know... Thats what im hoping. Anyway, i got my eye on it. Anyone think i should be scared of this. Is gyno possible at all before i even feel any change with my body?

My diet propably wast enough today, i really gotta step it up. Im going to costco again soon.

Dont worry about the nip until it gets sore. Stop fucking playing with it LOL. That doesnt help it

My diet starting off was protein bars, chips, popcorn haha. Dont worry, youll have bad days. But just make sure you get the calories. Eat anything clean. Peanut butter, bring almonds with you, have some milk for extra cals.

pick up the orange roughy, alaskan salmon burgers, albacore tuna, kashi cereal, oats, the two pack for 3.99 eggs, milk, and massive amounts of brocco and spinach.

i so wish i could shop for free there.

haha yeah i got to stop playin with it. Its hard though, i wake up in the middle of the night and first thing i do is grab my nips to check, my wife happend to be awake looking at me and shes just like OMG stop playing with your damn nipples, haha.

Thanks Iggy, Costco is awsome for anyone triing to eat like all of us. I forgot about the salmon burgers, ill have to grab some of those too. Im going through cartons of eggs like crazy.
what do you guys think of whole wheat noodles? I know there not as slow released of a carb as outmeal and stuff. I could have alot more variety with them though.. i love pasta. Maybe i could eat some noodles just like once a day, and see if i get fatter.
Ive actually lost alittle BF since ive started being kinda strict on this diet. I weighed 177 and now im weighing 180 so thats kinda cool, i just want it to start flyin up though. COME ON BEASTROL i need some help
 
Yeah man, looked like i just killed somone in there, it was nuts. Yeah i do 1ml sus, and 1ml deca at one time.

do you mean .5ml deca and 1 ml test?

cuz if you're shooting 1ml of each 2x per week you're actually doing 800mg of deca and 500mg of test

haha you wont have deca dick for the rest of your life, as long as you get off deca your shit will be fine and youll eventually recover. So you are doing 500mg sust/400mg deca?

Oh, you're probably right. I read it as your deca was 400mg/ml.

yup yup, sus 500 wk, deca 400 wk. Maybe ill feel the last two weeks of it. Makes me want to extend my cycle acouple weeks now.....
 
yeah, i'm getting ready to start a test/deca cycle.

I'm going 10 weeks deca 12 weeks of test. I may extend it to 12/14 though.

Protein was high but overall cals are pretty low. I was hoping it was alittle higher, cause i feel like im eating a ton.

Protein was high but overall cals are pretty low. I was hoping it was alittle higher, cause i feel like im eating a ton.
Anyone have any ideas on changes in my diet?

have almonds and eat a ton of those in between meals. good fats, high cals. add a ww piece of bread here and there, ones i have are 110 cals each. get some milk? not sure if you like it but its 140cals a cup and 10g protein
 
if hes an endo almonds will have him store fat more easily. i know thats what they always did to me.

milk is only good if he is bulking, not cutting.

my mom f$%%ed up my diet when i was little and for ten years. so im a lifetime endo.
low test too because of it.

anyways in 1-2 years i can promise i will be jacked finally.

i was strong and big in high school but never super cut in my life. since eighth grade.

Im triing bulk as much as i can without getting any more fat. Im just keeping an eye on myself in the miror makin sure im not getting fatter, because Ive been 202 before and it was mostly muscle and when i was dieting down to get cut up, first thing coming off me was muscle. Got all the way down to 175 and never actually got cut. The only time i was ever prettty cut i weighed 144 haha. Didnt look to bad though, just wanted some mass. Anyway. Up to 180 now and alittle less bf than when i was 177 last week. I can barely see my top to abs.
I know the value now of pure lean hard muscle mass. and if you can get it with no fat (or at least very little) even if it takes alittle longer, I know i can keep it on, and dont have to experimint with a diet and possibly loose all my muscle again.

Anyway... IM not gonna loose it this time All i have to gain is 20 to hit 200 and if its lean muscle and not to much fat, thats exactly what i want.
If everything goes as planned my nexy cycle ill try and get shredded up. And have somthing to give my a jumpstart in the beginning so i dont have to be pissed everyday that i dont feel anything yet...aahhhhh

one thing to remember. if you are 180, 15% bf then you have 27lbs of fat

if you get to 200, stay at 15% bf, you have 30lbs of fat

so even though you gained a little fat, you still stayed the same bf% because your total weight went up from the muscle. So just try to bulk but eat clean! To not gain fat actually lowers your bf% you dont actually have to lose fat! Kinda interesting how that works

Ive definately had a headache for awhile, so i think thats the gear, also been horny as hell.
weighed in at 183 today, i dont know if thats the test even though i dont feel it yet, or just my diet maybe. I dont think im much fatter.
 
183 from some water, but a lot of it is in your muscles so it shouldnt be bloat. Will help with strength so try and get as heavy as you can. I made a mistake of trying to cut the last couple weeks and didnt gain any weight when i could be at 200 right now (sitting at 190). IM startin to eat like a horse so hopefully. If you eat clean you body will use the extra cals to feed your muscles and the intesity of your training will be up so you shouldnt get fat. Eat a lot but clean brotha

as far as horny goes i swear i want to rape every girl that walks by me, ill stare her down and eye fuck her just to get off in that moment :p
 
Thanks, yea im triing to down as much water as i can. And im pissing like crazy. But i just still have a small little headache, maybe cause i changed alot with my diet right before this cycle.

idk if my blood pressure must be crazy but when im sitting down at night on the couch watching tv with my arms crossed in front of me, my heartbeat moves my arms up and down with each beat! Crazy but im loving it. Probably being on test/katanadrol/ECA. Youll be exited when you feel it bro should be hella soon
 
Yeah started the beastrol yesterday. and i dont know if its from that or the sus/deca. But i was definately stronger in the gym today for the first time in along time. Dips and close grip bench felt extremely easy. And i had that awsome feeling of not ever wanting to stop. So i think it has started kickin in alittle and its only gonna get better, so im getting exited. The sucky thing is that my nips are sore for sure and i do have a small lump under my right nip. Its not noticable by lookin at it, but i can for sure feel it. and i know its not in my head now. Im pissed cause the Adex i was suppose to be taking still hasnt came in. I had the company reship it. and im going to GNC to get an OTC AI. to hopfully not let it progress untill the adex comes in. it doesnt seem to be getting worse. its just annoying though.
Other than that im really gassy and smell like shit. and horny as hell (haha not a good combo)

2 of needtos protein bars
3 whole chicken breast (spread out through the day)
1 can of tuna, in whole grain tortilla

1 cup cottage cheese peaches

i think im eating about the right amount for putting on some muscle with minimaul fat. But ill just keep weighing myself and looking in the mirrore and adjusting my intake for optimal results.
Cant even wait for my monday morning shot.
tomorrow ill just do alittle cardio and some pushups. Sunday is gonna be my only off day.
Im hoping on monday im stronger and feel more like a beast.

Shit I think as long as it is not bothering you just leave it alone. Dont tell me you have been itching at it every morning LOL

If it starts getting bigger than start treating it. Keep doing the adex though you dont want it to flare up. IDK if i can give advice or not since ive never had gyno and according to a lot pf people i just rely on genetics for everything. hahaha
 
i actually think my nip lump is starting to go away. Its definately alittle smaller. and my nipples dont hurt as bad at the moment. So that would be nice.
Starting to feel better everyday now. Still not crazy feeling though, like i want to be. did legs today, put up 345 x6 on squats, and i think i could go a little heavier but im gonna go up alittle slower cause im worried about my knees and back. Next time im doing 375. did some dead lifts, leg extensions, and lunges on the smith machine.

Havnt been able to sleep much in the last couple nights. I just lay there and sweat and feel my heart beating like a squirels. anyone know anything that helps this?

im definately still getting stronger. today worked legs again, and yesterday was back and tri's. Still gaining alittle weight too. im 186 today, so im almost up 10 pounds from the start, but i know propably 3-5 is water. I can tell im getting alittle bigger in the mirrore too, but not a ton yet. I just love getting stronger though, its the best feeling.
Still eating the same diet, but i got some ezekiel bread and im eating a PB and J once a day, and somtimes ill make french toast with the bread too, and eat it with no sugar syrup.
Monday will be the start of week four, so i should be feeling everything full on hopfully, and gaining more weight. my sleep has been kinda shitty though, have a 4 week old baby so im just sleeping whenever i can.
Anyway.... back to eating

haha yea try and recover thats when you grow. Shit I use 25g needles but they are so small they always start bending and probably tear my shoulder the fuck up

as long as oyur nip doesnt get sore you are fine, i wouldnt worry about getting rid of the lump till after. i understand it hurting when you put a dbon it but just try and keep it under control. i guess im lucky, week 11 for me and no signs of gyno anywhere

im doing a 12,13 weeker just because its my first and i wanted more gains, why not? i owuldnt go more than 12, im doin 12. illl et you know how these last 2 weeks go for me and if its worth it or not

ive got some tren ace that i really would love to add in right now 50mg ED (350 a week) is that too much stuff for a first cycle? would it make my gyno worse? seriously if it doesnt make my gyno worse i can handle any other side.

running 12 weeks would be fine..id stop the deca at 10..for the gyno take 1mg adex ed for a couple days see what happens

nice bro keep gaining weight! Seems like its harder to get to 200 and you really have to eat like a 200lb person or you wont get there. seems like you are doing good at that.

My abs have gotten a little worse, not much, maybe its the creatine bloat or my shitty diet lately but i am up to 196 so im not worried. My bench was stuck at 275x5, i did 225x15 then 275x4 a week ago then yesterday did 225x15 and 275x6 so im getting stronger in week 11. keep it up bro my bench started at 225x4, and that is the lift that went up the lightest
 
thats insane man. youve gotten a ton more outa your bench. thats about the same as me. I could do 225x6 times max. The other day i did 10 and had to stop myself so i could go heavier the next set haha. It just happend outa nowhere. Its the craziest feeling when you just lifted somthing a week ago and it felt really heavy. Than you lift it the next week and its like.. "this what heavy before"? Best feeling ever. i wanna bench 315 for a set some day. And squat about 405. I think i could do the squat already but im waiting for a good day cause my back and knees are always hurting to bad to max out.
oh yeah, and i keep getting bloody noses that take forever to stop bleeding. im drinking lots of water, ill get my bp checked tomorrow, any supps that can help this?

On a good note i was lifting like a madman today. I did shoulders. I havnt done dumbell presses for shoulders in along time. I think my max on them was the 80 lbs dumb bells. Today i did the 100's with good form and got 6 reps. I couldnt believe it. Im going for the 110's next time. People in the gym were looking at me suspicious. haha

Im eating like a pig and pretty clean, although im having one cheat day (sunday) where i can eat more than just perfect food. and i added 1 qdoba burito to my diet everyday lately. Im pretty sure im moving back up again with the extra cals. Ill weight myself tomorrow.
I love this full body pump that i like always have. I wish i never had to come off. I can deal with any side. haha
 
Bro i get bloody nosesbefore i even started my cycle and i got thwm all the time to the stupidest things, just like the weather changing drastically or sneezing too hard LOL. So when i got some on cycle i was kinda freaked out thinkin my BP was too high but i was always fine. Good that your BP is fine, might wanna check it in a couple weeks too

Im in week 12, last week for me and i start PCT in 2 weeks. I have worked out chest one day and thats it in the last 5 days (i met a girl so no time for gym haha) but i wanted to stay out of the gym because i felt overtrained. I wouldnt just be pumped after a couple sets, id be fuckin tired as hell. i have been goin balls out training wise but i weighed mself today and i was 196.6 with bball shorts and a white tshirt. I am also on crreatine have been on for 10 days butthe rest def gave me the recovery i needed. I feel good again and its my last week im gonna go hard. Keep going hard my man, you will love the results. I am so happy with my cycle i feel like ive been on forever haha dont want to come off at all.

I think its the test (estregen) giving me gyno, i propably am pron to gettin it with prog too though damnit.. with my luck haha. Gyno was like the only side i was like... "i better not get gyno sides thats all i care about". two shots later the nips flare up im like god damn it

BTW. didnt work out today. This will be the first time i havnt worked out six days a week. just 5 this week. I feel fat and lazy but its propably good for me.
Im either getting alittle fat in my face or alittle water retention. the past like 3-4 days

Happy cause i just finally got more adex so im uping it to 1mg a day to see how my nips feel now that i got enough.

Did back and tris today and destroyed them. was surprised i could strap on 3 45's around my waste and do 8 deep ass dips. and then i droped the weight and got 32 reps with no breaks. I felt like an animal haha. hope i keep most of this strength.
still weighin in at 194 though. My belly is startin to actually look alittle softer now though damnit. oh well if i want to get to 205 i gotta get over it... its just freakin hard

Sex drive is ok but has definately tapered down since the beginning. I guess its kinda more of a normal persons sex drive right now.
 
Thats awsome man. Sounds like your cycle went really good. Maybe my next bulker ill do test E, Deca, and Dball. I think that should make anyone blow up. You gained 25 pounds, so thats really good. and you still look hard in your pics, YOu hardly gained any fat. now you gotta be ready for the hard part and keep eating and training hard during PCT to keep all those gains.

Popped acouple of needto's sleeping pills last night, and slept like crazy. they work great. so im feelin pretty good today, ready to eat and train like crazy again.

the adex is definetly getting rid of water weight. I never tok adex but i didnt have gyno issues either so maybe you could try and slowly lower the dose until you get bad signs of gyno again and then just up it. You know see what dose you can get away with. Its not good to take an ai the whole cycle anyway it hinders gains, estro is iomportant
 
It could be the Adex lowering it mate yes ,if you feel your getting fat build up not water maybe cut evening carbs , your tities still sore bro i feel for ya .
