First Cycle Log Sus, Deca

Lowered the adex to .5 ED again. nips arent sore again yet (of course the lumps are still sore) but the nips arent pokey or irritated.. yet. Ill just keep cycling the adex like this i guess untill i find a good medium and than ill know for my next cycle too.

weighed in at 196 today. so its nice to see acouple pounds come on again. even though i kinda feel like its fat, judging by the mirror. as long as i can keep putting some pounds on even slowly i think it can hit 200-205.

took acouple quick pics acouple days ago weighin in at 194. im not happy with the way i look but ill post them as progress pics tonight or tomorrow. untill than im gonna go eat and turn into a huge fat ass.....
 
strength is good. Diet is the same as i posted awhile back on pages 1-3 but with an added huge turkey sandwich or qdoba chicken burrito just to up my cals 1000 more. Its the one only thing i eat thats not real clean. but im slowly gaining again somhow so thats good. as long as i can at least hit 200 than i can work alittle more in on my next cycle. strenth is still awsome. squated 405 today cause my knee was feelin have descent. but after 3 squats i couldnt get it back up so i drop the weight on the safety bar. that kinda pissed me off. my stupid knee holds me back on leg days. i kinda feel like my deca might just be test. cause i never felt anything different kick in like i did in week 3. i thought it would get even more nuts on week 5-6 cause the deca. but never felt anything different from it. the coloring in the deca is realy close to the sus too, if that means anything. either way im getting stronger and bigger so i guess it dont matter. im gonna try a reputable lab though for my next cycle.

the best way to do steroids is to cycle them or stay on completely. But cycle it right which means allow enough time for you to recover so you can still make gains natty. I think youd be ok takin 10 weeks but the longer the better. If I wanted to do it right I wouldnt be able to cycle till December lol it sucks

reputable lab...lol..your basing the deca being bunk because ya didnt have a different effect? only effect ya could feel is lowered sex drive..but not everyone even gets theat..i can run test deca and tren together and feel like a rapist...aas color varies with the oil used to make it..

yeah i know. im pretty sure its good. i just dont know because its the only thing ive tried you know. but my sex drive actually has lowered some (i mentioned it some pages back) so i guess that propably is from the deca than. and i am continueing to grow. its just really slowed down alot. anyway im very happy with my gains so far anyway. ive gained alittle fat but i still look halfway descent for how much im eating. hows your cycle going hayez, lookin like hulk yet?

good job on the cycle bro. i am down to 190 so a total of 19lbs in my cycle but i got veins in my lower abs so its all good. my goal is 200lbs at 8% BF

make sure you get a blood test. im gonna get one post PCT to make sure. but yea a blood test will give you all the answers to whether you should cycle again or wait a little longer. tren and HGH might be a little too extreme at first, why not try dbol, halo, winny or eq first?

And definetly definetly definetly run a needto product to finish off your cycle, you will be amazed
 
yeah i started the tren tfo about 4-5 days ago. havnt noticed much from it (yet anyway) but i figured even if it helped keep BF down alittle during the cycle or gave me alittle more strength that it would be worth it.
thats awsome you got the viens in your lower abs. i had those once when i was really cut and it felt so awsome. maybe after my next cycle illhave them again and keep em for awhile.

im gonna start the hgh asap, and as long as sides arent too bad (im only gonna start with 2-3iu's ed) than i think im gonna go for the hardcore tren cycle. I just wanna do it so bad. i think ill try dbal my next bulker. sounds like it was awsome for you. i kinda ran this cycle first just to see how i react to everything. and i feel perfect besides the fucking gyno. so as long as i can get rid of that during PCT im good to go if my blood test is in check.

after 8 weeks if ya grow any of anything be happy...cause usally there no gains after that..between 4-8 ios when ya explode then its all done..i dont come off but i still only cycle for 10 weeks then i go to hrt dose

week 9-10 was bad for me but week 11 and 12 when i was 3 weeks into katanadrol and still on 500mg test i got hella stronger and bigger

yea thats pretty true for me. I got to 195 without a problem. and it was all lean good muscle. today i finally weighed in at 200, but im feelin and lookin alittle softer. thats ok though. ill try and keep eating untill my next cycle. i definately am fighting for everypound now though. got acouple weeks left.
 
everythings been pretty good. when i do anything on a machines its almost always maxed out. im doing the 120 dumb bells for one armed rows and i could go heavier but thats all my gyms got. i can do the 120s for about 4-5 reps on flat bench and incline. for about 3 reps. squats is at 405 for a few reps but my knee is screwed up so ive been going alittle lighter and only maxin out on days it feels half way descent. deadlifts 315x6
got 245x5 on inline bench the other day so that was nice. and im gonna see what my one rep max is for flat bench today. oh yeah and yesterday i got 225x4 on the barbell shoulder press. i couldnt believe it.

yeah since im getting alittle pudgy bulking like this im triing to mostly focus on getting stronger. ill focus more on lookin better with my next cutter cycle. put up 300 on bench today. so im pretty happy with that. i just gotta get to 315 and than start reppin it and ill be smiling every chest day. liftin is definately better when you have goals that you eventually start to achieve

Well i did my last shot yesterday (sucks) most weight i weighed in at was 201 butt naked after sittin in steam room for about 10 minutes. ( i always weigh myself after i do that for some reason)
im about to start 50mg clomid ED, forged PCT, sustain alpha. and my letro to get rid of these lumps hopfully.
anyone have recomendations on how to run it? oh yeah also gonna keep runnin a small dose of HCG untill the rest of mine is out.

Im feelin alittle crappier and have headaches on and off (i think from clomid) not to bad though. and my strength is still the same weight has dropped just alittle to 196. my gyno hasnt changed yet. anyone know when i should feel my lumps shrinking. Im really worried about them no going away.

I would do clomid@25mg for 4 weeks. Keep up the eating youll stay at 192+. not sure about the gyno

idk why he said this just dont take it for hella long like 10weeks or more and dont take a lot at 1 time like 5000iu and youll be fine it raises estro but its not suppressive. It mimics the LH in your body but the clomid is restoring that as well as the sustain alpha

IM at 190. So i gained 19lbs total. NOt bad i knew most was water. I got tested for my bf% with digital calipers and im at 10% bf so im happy. Squats and deadlift strength keeps going up, probably because i just started being consistent with them since my cycle. My bench idk i did 225x15 then 315x1 10 days ago 2 days ago i did 225x12, 245x6, 275x2 so im not too sure. BUt im looking just as solid and im happy as hell! cleaned my diet up a bit too and upped the calories

im sick of putting this sustain alpha on. i always feel sticky, but its propably helping even though i dont feel anything from it. I dont feel as bad as i thought i would during PCT. It could still get alittle worse. Today i weighed in at 198 again. so that was kinda cool. i dont really think ill go below like 194 if i keep eating like an animal.

Youll get lean but youwant to have a good amount of muscle before you diet down and run and burn fat/muscle

dude i fucked up the sustain alpha. I have been doing it every other day because i hate doing that shit. Im taking 50mg clomid though, and it sucks. clomid sucks lol. im also taking UNLEASHED and aromasin 12.5mg e3d. I still have limpdick issues but well see. My chest strength went down but everything else went up.

Honestly before i started this cycle i was geting really discouraged with lifting and i just wasnt feeling it. I was just forcing myself to go inthere and push it. So far i seriously almost still feel like im doing this cycle. my energy is awsome in the gym and i dont crappy or anything. still get great pumps. Ive gained alittle vascularity. my gyno lumps are almost gone. Im very happy with my cycle. although this damn clomid is makin me feel emotion somtimes. I feel like criing everytime i hold my baby girl haha.

dude youll get there with the 315. I am doing a 5x5 i start week 2 on monday and i love it laready. I know im gonna make sick strength gains on this program!

btw i got UNLEASHED and it helped a lot with my sex drive. I had sex 3 times the other day so you know its goin good haha

glad you liked the cycle. and those gyno lumps are gone! good that would have been a mess if you kept them. I still get hella good pumps. Heres a recent pic i still kept a lot of size. highest i got to was 197 now im 189. So i lost 8lbs of water. still gained 19lbs

haha definetly got emotional. I have been off clomid for a week or 2 and I feel a lot better. Actually I have been taking ephedrine and i have been so fuckin irritable, clomid had me way more emotional, and the test had me feeling like a beast. Fuck I cant wait to get back ON

You should try it. Squatting 3x a week will help obsst your GH and testosterone. I decided to wait until 6 weeks after because I knew my strength was gonnago down some and it would screw the whole program up. BUt my squat and deadlift have gone up a little and my bench has gone down but now its maintaining so im ready for it. Ill let you know how it goes for me

defiently try the 5x5 when your knees heal up! its awesoem for strength. IM starting week 3 tmr and im gettin closer to my maxes and i feel like ill be able to keep it up for 12 weeks. That would put 40-50lbs on my 3 compound lifts in 3 months, natural.

Im also takin jack3d, its aweseom stuff. clean energy and i was a lot stronger.

congrats on the weight gain. Yea the sustain alpha i did eod because i hated putting that shit on and not being able to lay down lol id always wait before bed
