Musclehealth's Cycle (first) LOG!!
Below are all of my in depth stats before I start the cycle. Starts April 18th!
-Body fat % is 11.01. Based of of a 7 point caliper measurement.
Tri-6, Chest-5.5, Subscap-15.5, Midaxi-12.5, Supraill-10, Ab-20, Thigh-15
-189.4 lbs on a pro-scale.
-Height 5'11.
-Blood pressure 122/86
-Heart rate 70.
No $ for blood tests.
All the above stats are from April 14th. I took a week off of training to help me prepair for the cycle.

History...

Training for 5 years but 3.5 years being hardcore. Started at about 155 lbs and gained about 35 lbs over the years naturally. Have experimented with the average suppliments. Creatine, Gluteamine, Flax, Milti Vit, protein shakes. Started to research about 2 years ago but got truly resious about 6 months ago. I have been building my cycle to perfection for the last few months. I am now comfortable with what I came up with.

Diet...

I have a clean diet. Try to plan out to have about 6 meals throughout the day. I eat about 3,500-4,500 calories a day. Diet mostly consists of Chicken breast (average 8 ED), Tuna (plain), Spaghetti (plain), Oatmeal, Grits, FiberOne cerial, fatfree rice cakes, multigrain bread with 100% natural peanutbutter spread (ingredients of only peanutbutter and salt). Protein shakes (Muscle milk) are taken with breakfast, sometime during the day for a snack and post workout. Everything I eat I try to eat as plain as possible...no pasta sauce, no mayo. Boring but healthy. I drink about a gallon of water a day. Once in a blue moon I treat myself to a glass of orange juice (way to high in sugar). Have not touched pop in years. Dont drink alcohol.
***Suppliments---Creatine 5g, Gluteamine 5g, Flax, Multi (Twice a day)***

Workout...
I found that a 5 day split works best for me. I shoot for about 8-12 reps and always bring myself to complete failure!!I call death sets!!

Mondays- Legs (abs)
Tuesdays-Chest (calfes)
Wed-Back (abs)
Thursday-Sholders (calfes)
Friday-Arms (abs)
Sat/Sun---Rest (possible cardio day)
During my cycle I might change it around a bit. I added calves and abs every other day because those are my most lagging parts.

week 1:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 2:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 3:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 4:dbol 30mg day. (3 times 10mg, Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
Start HCG 500IU ED(7-10 days long), Nolva 20mg ED (7-10 days long)
week 5:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 6:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 7:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 8:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 9:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 10:Test Eth 500mg (twice a week 250)
week 11: Nothing...PCT starts 12
week 12: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 13: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 14: 1,000 IU HCG (3x week MWF) 20mg nolva ED
week 15: 20mg nolva ED
week 16: 10mg nolva
week 17: 10mg nolva
I have clomid on hand. Milk thistle 1000mg with each dbol.Probobly wont need it but it cant hurt to have.

Im expecting to get some nice gains from the cycle. Hopefully 20-25 lbs.
