Ill keep it as detailed as possible. Hopefully build some karma from it.
Breakfast---Can tuna(plain), 2 packs of oatmeal (56g carbs), Fiber one cerial (fat free milk), Flax, Multi Vitamin. Some dbol with sugar, and some test with honey. LOL
