First Cycle - any advise???

1 - Age - 32
2 - Lifting History - 7 years (3 hard)
3 - Height - 5'9"
4 - Weight - 184 lbs
5 - Estimated BF% - 18%
6 - Diet - eating a lot
7 - Goals - obtain BF of 10% or less & maintain muscle mass
8 - Proposed cycle - Wk 1-10 - 400mg DECA
Wk 1-10 - 500mg SUST 250
Wk 1-4 - 40mg of DBOL
I am also going to cycle in Proviron as well.
I will also have Novaldex on Hand
PCT - CLOMID
 
That's a good cycle but I wouldn't run 3 compounds together for a 1st cycle. I'd drop the deca and see how my body reacts to a test cycle. You can achieve your goals with that alone and the bf % will depend on your eating and cardio.
 
first cycle i would recmond this if ur trying to cut up....
sust 250 1cc shot every monday thurs week 1-10
winny 5-10
proviron ED

proper pct


and do some heavier cardio to get that bodyfat a little lower before the cycle starts

ehhhh so many responses and whos right, well bro ill tell ya we may ALL be right...this stuff isnt really exact save for the way we can increase the levels of hormones in the body and do it in such a manner so they go up evenly which in turn helps to lessen the sides....that being said if it were me and my first cycle i would pick one compound, whatever that is, and run that so i can see how i react and then stack from there....but youll get answers from both camps here stack or dont stack, it all comes down to what your goals are and if they are reasonable how can you get to them in the safest possible manner...no matter what you do goodluck and if need be ask more questions.......

ps i ran winny for my first cycle for 8 weeks and (dont tell the stack happy people) i was quite happy with what i got out of it
 
this cycle is a bit strong for the first cycle, I would just use the sust at 500mg a week (2x250), it will show you how your body will react to AS

but if you decide to keep deca, then forget the dbol it will make it hard to cut
 
Here I come sounding like a broken record but you really need to make sure 1 that you like the way you feel on AAS and if you don't it might just be one compound and ruin others for you and 2 you don't know your reaction's yet. I'm still keeping my cycles pretty simple and I'm getting ready for my 4th. This is not something you want to screw up, slow and steady is the name of the game because if you do react weird to something or start out to high you want to be able to have the experience to adjust what you need.

Start with like just the sust and 500/wk and if I was trying to cut i would definately not go dbol, maybe something like good ol' Tbol (damn this stuff got really popular real quick).

MHO would be a 40mg Tbol wks 1-4 and sust 500mg for 10 weeks. Also I know you are planning on it but don't start cycle until you have everything you need just in case.
