Update --- insanely sore at school today I definitely did something right yesterday :P going to be hard to take days off Inbetween, is it really necessary? I just want to kill it again tonight .
 
Well I went to the gym and basically just stretched and stretched some more, did a little light ab work but mosly foam rolled ... Today's weight, 190. Boooooooo yahhh very little water weight I had some buck wild night sweats last night and pissed about 3 times ...-Mike

Today's meals, breakfast ..4 eggs, 3tbspoon pb, tbsp olive oil, scoop of whey, banana
830- apple , 600 calories of mixed nuts
Lunch, 3 small chicken breast, mixed salad with chick peas

Per workout(sorta haha didn't do much lifting) . 1-1/2 cups oats, scoop of whey

Supper 1 chicken breast, cup of oats mixed with a little raisin bran cereal all mixed up with close to a cup of Greek yogurt... Feeling goooood. On another side note I have noticed is the ghrp 6 hunger effect doesn't kick in until I get a taste of my carbs, once that oatmeal hits my lips I have to really fight every urge to not make 10 more yogurt bowls with all sorts of goodies added... Lol Crazy stuff! Will update tomorrow!

Fuuck I'm hungry lol my body has been just craving food and it's only 3rd day in the beast . So far not much for sides 30 mg/day split morning lunch pre workout. Going to kiiill it in the gym tonight! The ex is finally 100% gone and moved out and I can concentrate 200% of my attention on training and school... Mostly training hahaha yah school is bunk!! Hope noone minds me writing personal thoughts in here but I find this a place where I can put thoughts to writing and I find it comforting and helpful. Will update later !-Mike

Thx broooo !:) today's workout I ran out of energy midway I need more carbs so I am ramping up! I had a good "pull" day . 5 minute bike ride warm up, bent over rows , worked way up to 195 x5 but left a little room for improvement
Many sets of pullups.. Around 50 total

Single arm dumbbell rows, worked my way up to 100x5..it's as high as the dumbbells go but they were nice clean reps, I skipped out on deads my posterior chain is tight to say the least. I added in dumbbell curls 40 pounds x 8 reps per arm, arms looked thick today haha when I went for a haircut the sleeves were straddling the bis;) that's about all I did today I ate alot of food since then and feel like I could do some serious lifting but I'll rest and hammer a push day tomorrow!! Appetite is raging ! So is my libido I need to slam some poon going to take a lady out to dinner and movie this weekend and hopefully have her for dinner too if ya catch my drift ;) want to see that scale hit the 200 mark , that would be awesome ! As for the beastdrol, I am ready to unleash the beast.. I weighed in at 189 tonight, and that is a solid 189 ! On a side note, this fridge rading effect of the ghrp 6 is somethin else. May be a good combination for my light eating ass!! Gotta feed the beast!

Well zed ... Let's just say I can not stick to a program for the life of me I just like hitting the gym and going insane on everything haha I know... I can not change my habits I just get in the zone and start to hammer out anything that looks enticing .. Here is today's workout, and let me say it was the best I have had in well over a year, I think everything is falling into place. Warm up 5 minute run 8.5 mph ( easy today) I attempted a 5x5 pressing day...

Dumbell Shoulder press 2x warm up

Flat bench (this was fucking insane how strong I felt) 2x warm up

I did a few lunges to stretch out hip flexors

Now this is where I went off the beaten path. 10 min hiit on treadmill up to 12mph minute intervals

135x5x 4 sets ( clean beastly reps)

Pec deck ( whole rack for 5 reps 3 sets...really feeling the stretch.)
Flat bench again for 4 sets of135 really stretching the pecs... I need to learn how to stretch them out... My pecs and shoulders are tight but today I really opened them up )

Feelin pretty good , I just wish I could get rid of the gastric dumping effects of ghrp... I wake up lean as can be as the day goes on I get bloated take like 4 baby poops with insane gas dispelling and then when I hit the gym the bloat disappears until after... It's annoying but my sleeps are really improving as is my skin ... Being on usually gives me older looking skin, not so much acne just ..older. My skin is starting to glow at the moment and I'm eating like mad.. But that damn bloat! Feeling good wish I could go downstairs and finish my squats but I know better.. -Mike

Side note- going to ingest some ginger with my bigger meals today see If it helps with digestion ... But I think it's the ghrp 6 that makes me wanna shit all day long! Stools are normal color though which is a positive sign :)

I am also sleeping like a baby now it's incredible! I could even nap during the day anytime I chose to! I am having night sweats big time waking up drenched identical to tren...but that's ok since I'm getting my beauty sleep at least... I find my core body temp is also pretty high during the day... I radiate heat all day long

Haha thx all the pants are my lazy at home pants:) not in public ever!! Yesterday was a day of rest just played some Xbox online and chilled out . I have lowered my dose of beast 30mg is too much for me to use I was getting some signs of high blood pressure which I never have had problems with. Going to cruise at 10mg pre workout until I can re adjust:) either way the beast is no freaking joke... Was insanely pumped up all day yesterday my arms have grown an inch... They have been stuck at 15.5 cold flexed forever now they are 16.5 just from walkin around with a pump:):) strength feels way up too ! Can't wait for a dungeon workout today with my buddy .. Going

Also I had my first "bad" injection into left glute a few days ago, I really don't like glute shots they always eff with me. Left cheek is still sore days later.. And a little lump, I've had this happen before on a previous shot of test eq long time ago and it took a week to subside. Balls.
 
Ok so today my buddy came over and we hit a pretty savage bench press session... Opened with flat bench multiple sets working our way up to 225x8(pr!)
Decline bench multiple sets working my way up to 225x7(pr!)
Incline bench- multiple sets of 135x8 super set with incline flys using 45's..
Inclines were In no way a pr but my chest was way spent so it was still solid! Followed up with some rubber band flys but holy eff what a workout! Weight today unknown but strength is insane! Energy is good too. I love life. -Mike!!

Hcgenrate and post cycle (2 bottles each) and I also have 2 bottles of both Ostarine and s-4 :) I am in the best mood these days.. Masteron and test prop seems to give me an incredible sense of well being. How can I increase nitrogen retention even more without compromising my sense of well being? I absolutely love the pump feeling that I am carrying-Mike

Fuck the workout I just got back from an awesome dinner with an old girlfriend and boy it went well! We have a date Friday and I can't wait plus my hormones are raging! only downside is I had a few beers which I don't normally do on cycle, I am on heavy liver support though and have been for months, plus drinking tons of water daily, I feel fine don't think I caused any damage . Had to take the risk for this one boy she's cool!/fine lookin too :) -Mike

Seems to be paying off and I feel much better these days mentally I almost through away my cycle while going through break up but sure am glad I didn't back to last nights workout, seated Arnold dumbbell press35x12, 45x12, 55x10, 60,6 (superset with front raises with 20lbs per arm. It's funny it feels as though for any of the lighter weights like lateral raises or curls I can pump away forever , I've. Never felt this way before its awesome haha! Side laterals .. 20lbs per arm x10 reps , I hold dumbells out from sides aswell for30 seconds or so after last rep...3 sets of these

Bent over rear delt raises 20lbsx 12ish reps 3 sets

Upright rows 50 lbs x 12 reps x 3
Sets ( used wide grip and clean form)

Dumbell shrugs , worked my way up to 80x12ish

Many many bodyweight dips

Reverse pec dec flys
100lbs on machine till failure x 3 sets ( was around 10 or 12 reps each time)

Warm up 5 minutes on arm peddling machine.. This thing destroys me lol I love it!

4 sets x 8 lunges per leg ( these did damage I am feeling it this morning..form was greatt I'm really focusing on stretching out my hip flexors and getting my hips aligned properly, I think I may go to chiro over the weekend)

Seated calf raises
2 sets 50lbs on machine
3 sets 135 on machine ( repped all to failure)
I really over did it on the lunges so I quit legs and did some back. I did some back hyperextended work too not too much but enough !

Well she came back over again last night and we chilled watched some movies and she spent the night which is exactly what I have been needing! Feels weird finding a new woman to hang with but I think I can adjust:) anyways back to the gym, today and yesterday I had pretty damn good workouts , today's especially ! I have been doing alot of shoulder days as I need to grow m delts bigger and it seems to be working, I was trying on new clothing at the mall and im not a huge guy by any means I think I holding down around 190 at 6'0 but it took me a million try's to find a shirt to fit ...almost every shirt is designed for skinny dudes I swear even an XL is too tight around chest/ shoulders! Frustrating actually.

I know I may be frowned upon for this but I may switch to a low dose test e and eq cycle and continue to run for like 20 more weeks soon as my prop and mast have run out. I have run a 22week test e and eq cycle before and recovered fine with the appropriate pct and hcg implementation. I'll see how I feel anyway as I have had no negative sides thus far and am continuing to make progress .! Plus I have a ton of left over eq , I may cycle off too I'll see how she goes! -Mike

Average workout today, don't feel like gettin into specifics I'm tired and have lots to do, but I am getting real big, weight is the same actually I was 188 this morning but I'm sure it will climb some later on. My nitrogen retention is getting ridiculous I love it . Masteron is giving me some oily ass skin I'm fighting it best as I can but i don't think I'm winning this battle, but the mast seems to makes me feel great. My shoulders are looking beastly as fuck and I am going to keep hitting them all the time! for the first time In my life my chest is lookin proportionate since my shoulders are starting to pop ! -Mike
 
Decided I was lazy earlier so I went and ran some stairs about an hour ago. I swear everytime I do some HIT I feel 100 times Better and my energy picks right up. I then went down to a nearby gym and hammered out shoulders, incline bench, and some seated rows. Weight 192! I don't know whats up but It seems my body has finally trained itself to handle all of this food and I'm hardly bloating and just gaining rock hard mass. Appetite is tremendous also. I am enjoying this alot :D -Mike

I cant stop grazing I eat all day it's strange how my appetite has come on so strong. Hcgenerate may actually be worth something too, I swear my nuts are feeling stimulated after just a few days already ... Could be placebo who knows I'm taking 4 caps a day 2 with breakie 2 with dinner
 
Could someone guess my bf? I have no idea how to estimate by I was told if you could see a visible 8 pack you were 10% or better!? Vascularity is starting to really blow me away thick hose like veins running through arms abs and everywhere else.. Love ot
 
Today I hit the weights hard, basement dungeon style. Warm up , skipping and body weight pull ups until breathless a few times. Damn I'm tired will update another day but I also went to the chiropractor today and it was so worth it, will be going back on Wednesday I have a very tight lower back, time to get that shit fixed!

About to embark on a grueling 5x5 dungeon session. I am still mixing 5x5 days here and there and other days I'll hit specific muscle groups and always incorporate HIT a few times a week. Seems to keep me always Enjoying my sessions. I guess to me that is important I need to be active daily . Today will be military press,
Deadlift, and maybe some squats or bench, I rowed the shit outta my back last night so that's out of the question. Maybe some other stuff too see how she goes!
 
Today's workout was legs . Earlier on I ran the stairs with my ex fiancé. It was nice to see her I'm hoping maybe things can be worked out. Needless to say today was an awesome day

Ate a huge pre workout meal and hit the gym an hour later.

I told chiro I wouldn't squat for a while... But then after the leg press I felt godlike, and my hips lower back feel considerably better after a few visits.

Left the gym feeling amazing but the soreness is setting In I over did it ; NOT!!

So one thing to note is I have upped calories by at least 1000 a day, and these last few days I have felt incredible. My metabolism must be jacked cause I weighed 189 today which is a loss, but the strength mood and energy was waaayyy up! Fuck I feel good right now!

On a weekly basis, I need to be over that 200 mark.! I now have hundreds of dollars worth of designer jeans that are useless to me lol ! How do you guys find A good fitting pair of jeans? Or do you just buy a pair with a much bigger waist size than needed ? Also it's obvious now when wearing a sweater even that I lift.! Feeling wide for the first time in my life. Tall and narrow was me lol I want to be wide and athletic, hardly fit threw door frames :P that's the goal!! Also a 3 plate bench 4 plate squat and 5 plate deadlift are future goals. All for 5 reps. woohoo feeling good !

Ok much anticipated update! Weight, 196, but that was at about 9am. I always seem to weigh in heavier later on:P I think I understand what it feels to be anabolic now, I think I've been living "catabolic" for years. I am eating like a horse and my strength is really shooting up, I did arms today and a little cardio warm up, and I could rep out forever. I tricep pressed the whole rack for like 20 reps lol. Woo hoo! Also have been hanging out with my ex fiancé again and I am really hoping I can patch that up I screwed that up bigtime and things seem to be coming together nicely, maybe she likes the pipes Im growing, 16.5 arms cold flexed this is up an inch from a month ago and I have hardly focused on them, I am going to hit arms a little more often over the next month. Also, calfs are growing nicely. 196

Wish I could show quad pics as my legs are getting big too but it's hard to take a nice pic of them and I have hairy ass italian dark hair it's hard to see quad definition. But the teardrops are there and large!

Hey well thank you for your continually kind words, it means alot to me to have you and other valued members following along, and I have been on EF for 2 or 3 years now lingering and I have learnt so much, this site has increased my knowledge 10 fold on all aspects of health nutrition and training.! 200 lbs here I come!
 
Need somebody to convince me I'm not over eating!! I'm not serious but damn I can't stop .. I put back at least 5k calories today probably more 350 grams protein no clue on the rest but healthy stuff , oats oats oats peanut butter tons of fish oils, more peanut butter ! Sweet potato , 1000 calories of quickmass ( believe it or not since using quickmass I seem to have no problems digesting anything) chicken , eggs egg whites Greek yogurt... I ate all these items today.. And I could honestly eat more. Oh and I ate a 800 cal chicken pita wrap! I should add I bumped up prop from 50/day to 75 per day and after 3 days I feel a noticeable surge in energy, and mood! Mast is still 50/day . Going to finish my last month or so with beast, started it a few day ago at 20 mgs a day am/pm and not many sides to note so far , except I feel strong and can rep forever. Fuck I am having a hard time gaining on squats. I felt like I had strength to go more today though but my quads were cramping up. I think beast is drying me up and I had wicked back pumps today

Thx Donna the numbers will be climbing fast now ! I am eating a ton and resting alittle more, and I'm back with my ex now too which is so good, my workouts are so much better with no stress. I wish I could get rid o these back pumps they are fucking crippling

Yeah I pushed her away when baby talk came about but after a month apart I have come to realize that no other woman will do, It takes a special girl to put up with me and my lifting
And she is a fitness freak also.. I was a fool but thank god I won her back ! Now, on to my workout, I find the beast is making me stronger but slightly lazy , stationary bike 5 min warm up

Now I am at home now and I will be doing some periodic basement squats to see what I can work my way up to, it's not just the back pumps, I could hardly curl properly because my biceps were incredibly swole!! I measured my arms today , 16.5 cold flexed, this is unreal I hve been stuck at 15.5 pumped after arm day for ever ! I want them to grow, I'm willing to put up with 2 more weeks of beast sides so long as they don't get any worse. I feel healthy , slightly anti social and insane back pumps, BP and everything else seems ok, I even checked bp at Walmart the other day, I was 125/82 so I don't see any issues there. -Mike... Will update after some basement squats
