after a year and a half of having to give up squats,leg presses and the like because of sharp front patellar pain and trying every joint pain product offered I found one that actually worked on an infomercial of all places: Coral Calcium.I decided to give it a try andfound a brand that was good.Front loaded it for 10 days and by then my pain was GONE!....I could go down and up stairs with no pain! I tryed leg presses and NO pain! A little residual pain which disappears in a day or two.But I'm back on lower body training.

Coral calcium is touted to have many health benefits and is actually used medically to regrow and repair bone. The stuff WORKED.Do a web search for more info.

Not a supplement but IMO Vioxx kicks ass. Almost any doc will prescibe it for tendonitis or arthritis. Either that or celebrex. Both are great.

You should NOT rely on NSAIDs long-term for pain!!!!!!!!!! BAD!!!!!

Celebrex sucks... but agree w/ you on Viox.
