Final weeks of 18wker pics..

i get comments all day long.. random guys in the gym who saw me about 2 years ago when i first joined this gym by where i live.. night and day difference.. lately its been "what the fuck are you eating, you gain 10 lbs a week".. only about 3-4 actually but whos counting haha

what the FUCK can i do about my calves.. im not racist at all, and im not meaning this in a bad way, but im white but have black people calves.. the ones that are 2 distinct muscles that look like butt cheeks versus the FULL chunk of muscle.. once again, thats not being racist just tryin to get the picture in your head.. i cant get them to grow.. standing calf raises.. seated calf raises.. pausing.. burnouts.. heavy.. light.. you name it i tried it..

what do you guys do to put some size on your calves.. SYNTHOL HERE WE COME
 
im 6'1 at 210 but just being 6'5 would be bad ass. I would be playing basketball for some college. And plus, you have that fealing of knowing you can woop most peoples ass's throughout your days.

Just make calves a priority, and train them heavy with perfect form. The most important thing to keep in mind when training calves is to focus on the contraction, and try to hold it at the peak for a second. Personally I train calves 3 times a week with 12 sets each session. I used to think it was overkill but I have no problem recovering. Maybe it's the 2 grams of gear and GH, lol.
