sometimes i feel like no matter how much i eat ill never thicken up! cant fight the whole lean look i guess embrace it? being 6'5'' SUCKS
do 330 for reps on flat bench, max 370 or so
340 for reps decline
275 reps incline
225 reps military
weighed in at 259lbs today.. 6'5''
