My workout regimen is pretty basic. Back/Bi, Chest/Tri, Shoulders, Legs (sometimes). My diet was basically just shovel as clean of coal in the furnace I could find, all day long. Lots of egg whites in the AM with oatmeal, TONS and tons of protein shakes and bars. I travel a lot for work so once I found somewhere healthy I'd order like 2-3 plates of real food and keep eating that throughout the day. My worst days were when I'd go hungry for hours. I knew I was wasting time effort and gear.
There were lots of cheat days and quite a bit of partying and drinking thrown in. It's not that I'm not serious guys, it's that when I'm on I feel like partying more than ever! I look good, people are giving me compliments, I'm slaying a neverending supply of puss, how in the hell do you guys not drink? Anyway, thanks so much for the props. I try to stay humble about my progress, but I've got to admit I'm pretty damned happy! (evidently so is my GF, we do it 3-4 times a day, every day). Wish me luck on PCT!
