Glutes always, but Im startin quads next week. Should be interesting... I live alone, so its wherever i feel like it. Bathroom, living room, bedroom...couch, whatever.. Just moved so I have yet to find a comfortable spot in this apartment. Ill keep u posted. lol I had a gusher once. Thin little stream that shot out about 8 feet from my ass. Just felt like I was going into scar tissue and it was "full." Pulled the pin out and blam, all over my dvd rack. haha Never dealt with nerve issues though, I guess thats what quads are for?

where else bro. they say 0.05 to 1.0 in each head but i say 1.0 to 1.5 in medial.

I drop 3ml in my medial delt, but my delts are very large...they stand out on my 265 pound 5'11" frame
