Cobra: Never dead lifted or squated. Have been working on and off for some time buy working out hard for the past year plus. My max bench is 250. The thing is my legs are def weak and my goal was a solid 180 weight before I started a cycle to get to 200 and really get my body filled out. I don't want to waste the money and workout the wrong way and I want to focus on the right way to build all areas.
its very simple and very effective. its an every other day workout which is very important in that you get the amount of rest needed. there is an entire writeup here explaining everything in detail about what to do. squats and deadlifts are 2 of the most important workouts you could do. and if you have never done either of them you will be wasting your juice. ever hear the analogy to grow a big strong tree it needs to have a big strong trunk. start training your legs and core
