fat fucks giving me training tips/grief : fuck u

Starting a cycle and don't want to end up lopsided with arms and no legs. Want to make sure I get portioned out well.

u didnt answer any questions. how long u been working out, age?? what are ur stats? max lifts for bench, deadlift, squat?
 
Cobra: Never dead lifted or squated. Have been working on and off for some time buy working out hard for the past year plus. My max bench is 250. The thing is my legs are def weak and my goal was a solid 180 weight before I started a cycle to get to 200 and really get my body filled out. I don't want to waste the money and workout the wrong way and I want to focus on the right way to build all areas.
 
Just turning 32 on June 21. I weigh 180 lbs. 8 percent body fat. Eating 4000 calories a day. Diet is on point but workout off the mark in my opinion.
 
dude your nowhere near ready for a cycle. once u start legs u r gonna make gains on them without aas, and you will end up wasting it. start here

its very simple and very effective. its an every other day workout which is very important in that you get the amount of rest needed. there is an entire writeup here explaining everything in detail about what to do. squats and deadlifts are 2 of the most important workouts you could do. and if you have never done either of them you will be wasting your juice. ever hear the analogy to grow a big strong tree it needs to have a big strong trunk. start training your legs and core
 
So, wait, you went into a Popeyes Chicken and someone you didn't even know starts chatting you up about lifting? That doesn't make sense.
