Ok, here's the thing. I just got off of a bulking cycle recently. I'm afraid if I don't eat as much as I did, I will lose a considerable amount of my gains? Correct me if I'm wrong. I did gain some fat I'm my stomach area that I'd like to lose. I am kicking up my cardio to 4 days a week 45 min a pop i was doing 2 days 30 min a pop. Long story short, I used to be really over weight guys. Its real ez for my to gain fat in my stomach area. Before I started with AAS. I lost the weight and did that P90X. I lost a ton weight. But I lost a ton of muscle too. I mean I went from 235 with almost 28bf to 159 9bf before I started with AAS. but I didn't look good, I looked starved. Lol. So i got my diet in check started hitting the gym heavier. Gained some of my own weight natty then started up. But on my cycle, I gained some good weight but I also gained it it my stomach. Ok now I am rambling. Sorry guys. Should I cut my carbs in half? And keep the protein the same or higher?? An just hit cardio and lighter weight? The whole thing is, when I lost all that weight I shrunk. I don't want to shrink to that again. Thank you for all the help bros!!
