Ok so I have heard alot of confilcting information regarding EQ...
This is my 1st run with EQ....running this:
Wks 1 - 3 Naposim Dbal @ 30/day
Wks 1 – 12, Test E @ 500/week
Wks 1 – 12, EQ @ 500/week
Wks 9 – 12, Winstrol @ 50/day
Wks 1 -12, AIFM @ 1 pump/day
PCT of nolvadex, diet in check
I have heard and read many times that EQ takes about 6-8 weeks to fully kick in...from peoples personal experience is that accurate?
Also have heard that you should run the EQ for more like 16 weeks to really get the benefits from it. Watcha think?
Others from here have mentioned on occasion to frontload the EQ...is there any truth to that? I cant really see why frontloading any long ester will yield faster gains...It still takes as long for the ester to dislove in the muscle.
Is frontloading more like a myth?
Last but not least, how often should you shoot the EQ?
E3D with the test often enough?
